Opera 10.00 Final

Thanks!
I do have the latest chrome and It's pretty cool, I use it as a secondary browser and as a replacement of In-Private browsing in IE, here we have something called incognito mode. I just don't want my private stuff to be seen in the Opera history.
I'm also pretty excited about the ChromeOS coming up. Yesterday I saw this and laughed a lot:

Agreed, it can be used by anyone, it has the basics and that is the reason why most people switched to chrome. I heard that the Mozilla support will be stopped?!? Is that true? Sounds like fake news, but It may be something serious.
Also, rep+ every small bit of info helps.

Edit: LOL this is my 99th post!

Congratulations.

I do not know if this 'ending mozilla support' is true or not. Though, not trying to change topics but if Adobe would get their rears in gear and at least release an alpha for Adobe Flash Player x64 (for Windows) then maybe we could finally get some standard support for 64-bit browsers!

I'm going back to eating my Bacon pizza. :p Feel free to PM me if you need something.

LULZ, ok, we're going out of town with the car, so... see ya, may be back to this post later. 64-bit sounds astonishing no matter what it is. Right now with my new PC, the only apps that I have in 64-bit are maybe Photoshop CS4 and Shark's Codecs. Still it may take a long time until people start getting used to advanced user interfaces and 64-bit apps. There are many people who can't afford to buy a really advanced PC, and these days a lot of people prefer a netbook instead of a laptop. And we all know no 64-bit browser will run on an Intel Xenon... OK I got way offtopic and forgive me if I said something wrong I really am looking forward to going to the beach!!! CYA all!

Edit - LOL, not the Xenon, the Atom! Stupid Me!

I use Shiretoko x64 version of Firefox 3.5.2 - Does Opera have a x64 version. I am happy with Shiretoko, but I would not mind trying Opera - I use it on my PPC and its pretty good.

I am not aware that Opera has a 64-bit version currently, as soon as Adobe gets a x64 version of Flash I can see many browsers switching to 64-bit.

On your PPC? Mac? PS3? *gasp* Xbox 360?

:p

Back from the beach! Woohoo! 5 hrs of fun!
This should awnser your questions:
Are there 64-bit versions of Opera available - Opera Knowledge Base

Edit:
@DarkNovaGundam - As much as I know PPC stands for PocketPersonalComputer, but I can't see how you can run a 64-bit application on a pocket computer! Maybe the guy just wanted to write PC, but hit the "P" key twice!

No prob! And isn't Shiretoko the nickname of Firefox 3.5? I just remember how my dad had renamed Firefox to Shiretoko, so is the "equation" right?

Think of Shiretoko's as betas. Thats what I do.

Minefield is daily builds I believe but I am not sure. Haven't used Firefox since I started using Dev Builds of Chrome. ;)

I first saw Shiretoko when I downloaded the RC of 3.5, otherwise I used Minefield, but not the final version of Firefox 3.5.2 x64 is called Shiretoko.

I miss "Minefield" - sounds like a crash waiting to happen LOL.

Just some stuff I noticed while moving my settings around:
The "opera:config" page has been greatly improved! It now has quick search, so if you're looking for a setting to tweak and want to find it quickly, right there at the top right you'll find the searchbox.
Other configuration pages with settings and others include:
Opera pages.png
Just type the code on the left into the adress bar and check out what you can configure.
Hope I've helped! ;) ;) ;)

I've always hated firefox because of crashing way too much, like what the f***?!? I have less than 5 pages open and it starts to lag. Then I found Opera and satisfied my every wish.
Also the new version offers a new great dialog box weather you want to download your torrent via Opera or use system default. Seeding issues have been fixed in most cases.
Other torrent issue with "uknown format" error has been fixed, and what I love about it is that you can customize Opera the way you want it to look, according to your theme color and with a speed dial wallpaper by your choice!
It's a browser worth a try!

I personally use uTorrent, other torrent clients I have never been able to manage, whatever I do I always keep ending up at DOWN:30 kbps and UP:30 kbps. This one nails up to 5mbps. Anyway - dumb question - How does 64-bit browsing really effect your browsing experience? Does it support some kind of more advanced web content or what? I really want to know, even though if it has nothing to do with a faster load speed I probably wouldn't try it.
