Opera 10.51 RC2 for Windows Available.

Opera makes headway with the development of the first minor update for Opera 10.50. In this regard, the Norway-based browser maker has announced the availability of the second Release Candidate of Opera 10.51. As it was the case with the previous development snapshots of Opera 10.51, the latest RC build is available exclusively to testers running the Windows operating system. In fact, Opera Software has prioritized development for Windows with the development and delivery of Opera 10.50, and seems to continue sticking to this strategy as it moves forward.

Opera's development team has already released RC3.
Opera Desktop Team - Opera 10.51 RC3 for Windows

Final of 10.51 will be released shortly and after that they will focus on mainly Unix and Mac .
