Opera scrolls too fast

In Opera, webpages scroll too fast. But in IE9 and FF4, it scrolls the same normal speed.

How do I change the scroll speed in opera only?

I don't think there is any way in Opera to change the scroll speed, I can't find any options in opera:config
The only way i know is Start > devices & printers > right click the Mouse for mouse settings > Wheel but that will not make it the same speed as Firefox or IE.

Some mice have very smooth wheels & allow finer control so getting a better mouse is an option
