Solved Operating system install on external dock

So I am going through the diskpart clean, I noticed there was a partition left untouched I assume that contains the restore and it is preventing it from reinstalling, I hope

Still the blue screen after the clean all disk part, they don't make it very easy to reinstall windows XP.

I guess I will have to move onto other options.

What about the diagnostics so you have a fix on the hardware?
