im torn between 2 ways a TV card or a Capture card

im going to be getting it at tiger direct need opinions on which one i should get

capture card http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5523203&sku=A46-2512

TV card 1 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5521694&sku=A455-2660

TV Card 2 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5523207&sku=A46-2516

TV Card 3 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4146201&CatId=1427

its better then spending hundreds of dollars on a TV

which one would anyone go with

i have WOW digital cable that i had it connected via HDMI but the cable box also has coax

so i guess the first question is which would you get capture card or tv card and if TV card Asus or AverMedia

No, it is not better than spending for a new t.v. You'll be limited to over-the-air digital broadcast (limited channels), analog cable (not HD), and unencrypted digital (Clear QAM - limited channels) via your cable provider. If you are needing a way in which to import videos from another analog source (or digital source AVerMedia MPD USA - PCTV tuner card - HDTV tuners - ClearQAM - TV Tuner Card - AVerTV HD DVR), then I'd suggest a tuner with aux inputs.
