Option to change window color is no longer there?

Just wondering what happened..
Last week there was an option to change the window color in the control panel.
I am not talking about the option from the "themes" control panel-there was separate option under the main personalization subheading. What happened? Did MS take it away?

No...it's still there. I found it right away. If you remember the last time you saw it use windows restore to try and roll back and possibly restore it.

I am only getting two restore points.
Is there a command I can type in to get to it?

Hello Pittguy,

Are you still using a Aero theme?

If not, then you will not have the Change window glass colors option after you click on Appearance and Personalization in the Control Panel (category view) until you are using a Aero theme.

If you are using a Basic theme, you will need to revert to your original Aero theme, or a custom theme which uses aero
