Options for new language in W7HP

Hi All,

I recently bought an Acer laptop with German W7 Home Premium. I was told that I could upgrade to W8 Pro and select English, however W8 has too many problems like not shutting down properly and poorly functioning USB.

I have temporarily reinstalled the German W7HP, but I need English.

I realise that W7HP cannot accept additional language packs.

What is the best solution please?

Should I buy a new W7HP in English? Or can I upgrade from German W7HP to English W7HP?

Or should I upgrade from German W7HP to W7Ultimate and instal English LP?

Any help/advice/suggestions much appreciated

Price is almost same, second option should be better (anytime upgrade key).

Now it's your choice.

I guess it will have to be the upgrade to Ultimate.
