oracle 10g homepage is not opening

I installed oracle 10g, the home page is not opening.instead of opening home page , browser page is opening with address http://127.00.0.1:8080/apex.
please suggest me how to come out of this problem..

Open Computer. Navigate to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc.
See if there is a hosts file there.
If so, rename it to hosts.save.

Reboot and try oracle 10g site again.

If that fixes it then open hosts.sav with Notepad and look for an Oracle entry that has http://127.00.0.1 in it and if there put a # in front of it. Save the change, rename hosts.save to hosts, reboot and try it again top make sure it's still fixed.

Even changes in hosts file did'nt'open the oracle homepage

hi,
As suggested by you I made the changes in hosts file of drivers.
Even though the same problem, oracle 10g home page is opening in browser page( with Address http://127.0.0.18080/apex).
How can I fix this ... will u please explain me.....
