Ordering from Microsoft

I ordered 3 copies of Windows 7 Home Premium on the preorder discount on 6-26-09. My order has not been shipped on the 23rd of October.They say they are still processing my order, yet they took out the money early on the 22nd! I will never order from the Microsoft Store again. I see that all the other retailers sent their shipments out so they would be received on the 22nd. Microsoft Store Sucks!

Is there any way to contact some customer service and enquire about it?

And my only guess is they're most likely overwhelmed as with it being a Microsoft store, the majority of people wanting Windows 7 would have wanted to order straight from Microsoft.

Evidently that page isn't necessarily up to date. Your order may have shipped already. Kind of funny though, my order was listed as "Delayed" and I emailed them about it today and an hour later it changed to "Processing".

Got my email & downloaded my 2 copies from Microsoft Store yesterday.
No problems.

MS actually indicated elsewhere that things are shipping from them on time.

The order status updates are simply lower priority and not reflecting things actually having shipped. You can ignore something saying it's "still processing," and can assume it's actually shipped.

And no, all the other retailers did not send things out to arrive on the 22nd. They got sent early many places in England because of an anticipated postal strike. But places like Amazon in the U.S. aren't still shipping until next week in many cases. And that was the main place used for preorders.
