Organizing the Start Menu

Start >> Programs

I have a swag of Adobe programs - enough to populate page 1 of the list - but it means I have to go the page 2 to see the rest of the installed programs. A collapsible menu would be so much more efficient. Under XP I could organize my programs into such a state, but I have yet to find a way in 7.

Any clues?

I have a clue - it was given to me not more than ten minutes ago by "Kari" in the Customization forum...see if this helps:

It doesn't add the expanded menu we grew to love but it will let you get more organized.

I like libraries (at least I am getting to) but all I want here is for Programs to act like Programs used to. It is after all only the most used button in the entire OS!
