Solved ORiGiN help and tips ...

I launched ME3 yesterday and it patched itself. I let it, but I did have a popup that said patching Mass Effect 3.
Below the patch progress was a button to skip patching and play without the patch.


So it does seem to allow you to do that.

I guess contacting EA is out of equation cause the agents who answer the phone call knows nothing and their answer will be definite NO.
