i have win 7 starter and i tried upgradin to ubuntu 10 and i run the inastallation and it boots and carries on installin but then it reboots agen and agen install the same thing sameway

So you're installing Ubuntu 10.04 and after attempting to install it once, when you reboot, it tries to install again and follows the same loop. First question is, do you take the Ubuntu CD out of your PC after the reboot after installing? Additionally, do you get any errors when attempting to install Ubuntu? (You may be better served by asking on an Ubuntu Linux forum for installation issues)

im not using a cd i have it on my hard drive but in about 5 minutes am going to try from usb
