os not supported?

First, I would like to say hello to everyone. Please be patient with me, I have done countless of searches but haven't had any luck. Well I just purchased a laptop and when trying to install my verizon aircard program
it shows a sign saying os is not supported. Any ideas in what I can do? Thanks for any help that can be shared with me.

Call Verizon tech support and they will help you get it installed.

It is included with your aircard.

If they are unable to help you get it installed, I would try running the aircard installer in compatibility mode. Rightclick on .exe file and set compatibility tab to Vista, then install.
