OS won't Boot, please help

Hello,


I recently tried to install a comicbook reader, and accidentally installed a .exe file of some sort that disappeared when I clicked on it. My computer then later prompted me for updates and a restart and ever since then it freezes when the Windows 7 logo comes up and restarts itself. I ran AVG rescue Cd and found and removed a trojan of which name I lost due to a power outage and to top it off my friend formatted the usb avg was on.

Since then I've been trying to run startup repair, but I receive this error message:

The system restore point I had has somehow been deleted but after I reverted with it.
How can I fix this without reinstalling the OS?

I Have That Same Problem Too ... But When I Installed Windows Movie Maker That's What Happened To Me ALSO ...
IT Shows Windows Updates then I opened it for a Next Day.. It Just Shows The Windows Error Recovery .. I Chose Windows Start Up Repair. But It Says No Error Found the Computer Will Restart Now. But It Also Stuck In Windows LOGO ...

I Think You Have To Do CHKDSK
But When It Don't Do The Trick You Have To Insert A Recovery Disk Of Windows ..
Then Repair Your Computer
The Follow The Onscreen Instruction

Then It Will Boot Normal.
But All Of I Say Doesnt Work You Have To Do A CLEAN Install
