Hi all desperately trying not to reinstall windows ..... my problems started with `TP-link advice` to delete upper and lower files or something so long ago I forgot? anyway I must of deleted the wrong thing in `hey key` thing now im left with semi working system ...... my main problem is I have a unknown or other devise in devise manager that I cant find drivers for ? ....... think it might be something to-do with mouse because when I run rescue disk I have know mouse control so cant run program ...... plus still cant run macrium reflect (free edition) from running windows

windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations ..... ??? that's what it said

If you don't know what you did to start the problems, it will be difficult for anyone here to help solve them.
Do you have a restore point or system backup image from before the problems started ?

You don't want to do a clean reinstall, but you might consider a Repair Install.
