Okay, so here we go again.. I've just done a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, and, as usual, it came with problems.
Whenever I drag a window across the desktop I get an outline instead of the full window, the weird thing is that "Show Windows Contents while dragging" is checked under "Adjust Visual Effects" but if I uncheck it and then check it again, the problem disappears and I'm then able to see the full window, while dragging it across the desktop, but once I restart the computer the problem comes back and I have to recheck "Show Windows Contents while dragging".
I really don't know what is happening AND would really appreciate some help as I have no idea how to solve this issue. This is extremely annoying and is pissing me off!
