Outlook 2003 Jammed

I went to get my email this morning and it showed 12 messages to receive with 1.12 meg. The messages are just jammed and I get no email. I am guessing there is one large message that has just jammed everything. How can I clear my messages and get things flowing again? Thanks

I'm confused by what you mean by jammed. Have you made sure to delete old messages and empty out your deleted items folder. As far as I know all email addresses viewed with Outlook are linked to a web sites email account. Why not log on to the site your email account is though and see if you can see the new messages. I remember my mom having to reenter here email address and password to here email in outlook once when she had a similar issue. Try that as well.
