This has happened before but can't quite remember how I fixed it. My Outlook 2003 keeps popping up windows as attached jpg show asking for network passwords ? Is there a way to stop this and/or what is causing this ?

This is happening when outlook checks for new email...

Thanks....TiminAz

I no longer have Outlook 2003, but Outlook has not changed much over the last several additions...

Try this: Open Outlook then go to Tools > Options > Mail Setup Tab > E-mail Accounts > click on your email account to highlight it > then Change (or Edit) > Internet E-mail Settings will appear. This contains the incoming & outgoing mail servers (pop.west.cox.net in your case). There will be a check box "Remember password". Put a check in this then save changes.
