Solved Outlook 2003 Problem

At work I use Outlook 2003. I only have my personal email address setup. I am getting a company email address. I want to have both of them in the same Outlook. I don't want to use the method where I have to change Windows to a different user to get the other Outlook address when I need it. Is there a way to have two addresses in one Outlook and just toggle between them? Thanks,

Still have not gotten it to work correctly. I am able to get it to receive my email in both accounts OK. My problem now is what do I do when I want to send an email under my Personal Account and then after that send one under my Work account. What do I do to access each account. If I hit NEW MESSAGE it just brings up my default account which is my Personal. How do I get the other account to show in a NEW MESSAGE?

Shouldn't there be something like this:

To: [BLANK SPACE]
CC: [BLANK SPACE]
Subject: [BLANK SPACE]

[MESSAGE BODY]

So basically the "From" should have a drop down box to click to change who you want to send from, whether your private Email or alternate. If it does not have that feature, then you may have to search around for it, it would be through a menu, or after you've clicked on one of the accounts before "creating a new Email".

After I wrote the above I fooled around a bit and guess what? Yea, I stumbled on it. Next to SEND, it says ACCOUNTS. That is the baby that has my two emails there. Just pick which one you want to use to send the message at hand. -- Thanks for your help.

I think you just need to click the drop down in "Accounts" to pick your send from account for 2003 ...

A Bing search brought back this info from email.about.com

Select View | From Field from the menu to make sure it is checked.
Type the desired email address in the From... field.
