One other option is to run your eMail through Google's spam filters, which are very comprehensive and continually evolving.
Each time a user marks a sender as spam it is added to a list, to prevent accidental inclusion in the filters when this list reaches a certain size, the sender is then added to the filter lists
To do this you need to create a free gMail account and set this to collect your mail from other sources, and collect your mail from Gmail in Outlook Client.
This will run the unwanted mail through Gmail's filters and if not already included, (most are), you can mark it as spam manually in gmail and it will be treated automatically from then on
