For quite a while I have been using Thundrbird and a bunch of addons on my Win7 laptop. I can't say that I have had any problems but I realized that Outlook 2003 come as one unit without any addons and third-party stuff. Now, I don't have Outlook 2003 as such but I do have Microsoft Office 2003 Professional and I was wondering if I could install only the Outlook part of the Suite. And if yes, how?

Thanks to all for any help and the best of the holidays to one and all. (We used to say Merry Christmas when I was a kid).

Yes, you can choose a Custom install in the Office setup screen/s if Outlook is there. Office has always come in different 'flavors', the more costlier a suite is the greater number of applications it will offer.

Support for Office 2003 has ended, so there won't be any more security updates for it.
