Outlook 2007 data file issue opening app

Since moving my Office 2007 install to my new Dell Studio desktop with Win 7 HP (Core 2 Quad, 8GB), upon opening Outlook 2007, I'm constantly get an error that the data file "did not close properly" and is being checked for errors. What can I do to eliminate this. Everything seems to function fine once opened and the data file check completes fine.

I have the same problem, except that I get the "did not close properly" message when I close Outlook. I installed Office 2007 on a new Toshiba laptop and everything works fine, except for this error message. It does not happen every time I close Outlook as I have tried to recreate the error to get a screen shot.

I would also be interested in any resolution to this problem.
