Outlook 2007 problem

I have a friend that has a problem with her Outlook 2007 account. Her Outlook 2007 account cannot send or recieve. The email comes from her small business website. Her webhost left me V mail to change the DNS server entries to two new DNS servers. I have the names but not the IP address's. Can anyone tell point me to where I can make this change ?
