Hi,

Have a problem with a adding a user profile to outlook. When i add the profile it is fine, but just when you go to sign in it brings up the box for username and password. Now within username it has different usernames which doesnt exist on the pc. So you have to manually enter it in. There is only 2 profiles on this pc and only 2 email addresses. But it is only on this one profile i have the problem of multiple emails shown up? I deleted all the profiles and readded them and still the same.

benjy, I don't have an answer but when I used 2007 I had similar issues. And outlook can be a bugger trying to reinstall clean as it retains a lot in the registry. I don't have the link now but there is a way to clean the registry and do a clean install. good luck. It was somewhere on MSDN but hashing through all the hits can be a :banghead: experience.

Thanks dude cleaned up all the registry on it. That's what i thought the problem was as had it before but tried everything. Like I did 5 user's today and 3 of them were fine and the 2 pc's just went like this. Anyways clean install of the OS and new office :) That will sort it. Don't have the time to be spending to much time at it :)
