Outlook 2010 blocking sites in safe senders list

I have found that recently my Outlook 2010 is blocking addresses that I have nominated as safe senders. I have double checked that the addresses are in fact on the list and they are. Got me stumped I must admit. It is a pain when expecting an email from someone that is nominated and it shows up in the junk folder.

Have a look at these websites for checking your settings. You might also notice that if you have a trusted sender, set up a contact for them in your address book.

Thanks for response, everything as it should be, but the relevant senders keep getting sent to junk mail...

What settings are you using for you junk mail filtering. I have mine set up as per the screen shot. Have you tried changing these settings.
