Hi everyone

Have recently installed Outlook 2010 and have previously used calendar sharing via WebDAV server...

My Outlook 2010, unfortunately.. seems to have the publishing options greyed out and after an extremely long time googling... I am still no closer to working out why...

I have previously published calendars to a WebDAV, but have no idea why this isn't letting me do it now...

Anybody able to help please???

Hi GEWB, thanks for your reply...

Unfortunately, I know how to publish/share... but Office simply isn't giving me the option to do this, as the relevant buttons are greyed out in the list.

The only two options, one of which is to share by email, the other escapes me at the moment...

So essentially what i need to know is why the options would be greyed out?

Cheers

Hi TroyMorris, welcome to the forum. :D

You are correct! Google does not yield any answers.

Desperation makes me suggest you try using the Inbox Repair Tool:
Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) | MSOutlook.info

EDIT:
Do you by any chance use Windows Home Server? Could it be those settings?
Calendar Sharing in WHS Outlook - Part 1: WebDAV Publishing & Internet Calendars - Home Server Land Forums

ALSO, does this work?
Right-click on the calendar you would like to share and select "Share" and then "Publish to WebDAV Server" (or "Publish to Internet" and then "Publish to WebDAV Server" if you're using Outlook 2007) as shown below:
