Outlook 2010 cannot config. Themes

1-When I try to open Options-Mail
I get this first:


Then the page opens but when clicking on "THEMES" Outlook crashes

2-Ctrl+N for new message brings also first the screen above then the new mail page.

TRUST Center Settings are OK:

Cannot insert a stationery.

Uninstalled couple of times without any success.
