Outlook 2010 freezes at Loading Profile - New Install

I have tried every solution I can find online, but nothing has worked. This is a brand new Windows 7 Professional 64-bit machine and I installed Office 2010 Pro Plus X64 and Outlook has never worked. I've tried reinstalling, scanpst.exe, /safe, /resetnavpane, recreating profiles. This is about to drive me insane.
