Outlook 2010 - Missing Apps | Shared dll

I'm a novice; it's taken me a half hour just to register and learn how to post.

My internet browser works fine, but if a hyperlink is contained in an email I get a message stating "app not found." I tried to download Scanpst to troubleshoot, and I get a message "missing shared dll" I've tried to download (an uncorrupted) version of Outlook 2010, and it won't install - a message says its already installed.

A clue? When I'm online with the Explorer program and jumping between tabbed sites, I get a message "program not responding." I then have to shut everything down, and start over.

What's wrong?

Hi Louie .. Welcome to Seven Forums ... Have you tried to Repair Outlook ..

Click Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.

Click the Office program you want to repair, and then click Change.

Then click Repair ... Also read the Link below and follow the Instructions
