Solved Outlook 2010 Showing User's Name As Sender In Inbox For Most Mail

Hello,

Here's the background info:

We're on Exchange and we use the Lync tool. The user in question had her domain changed. I made the change in Lync as the change was already made in outlook. She then could not book online meetings and would get an error saying the user names in outlook and Lync were not the same even though they were.

To fix this, I deleted her profile and started outlook again. After her profile was downloaded from the exchange server, many of her new email she was receiving would appear with her name as the sender in her inbox. This is happening with most of her mail but not all.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I should have tried this before posting...

I've fixed the issue.

Under the View tab I chose 'Reset View' and then reorganized the user's inbox to the way she like it.

The problem was that the Inbox was showing the recipient and not the sender
