Hiya,
I'm really struggling to 'properly' change the default font in Outlook 2010. I've done the usual of going to Options, Stationary and Fonts etc, but this doesn't update the Styles, which you can pick from the Ribbon. So if users click Normal style, it changes back to Calibri.
I need to globally change our company default to Arial 10, but it's flippin' hard. In Word, you just update the styles and save Normal.dot, job done. But no such thing in Outlook.
Any ideas?
