Outlook 2010

Until today I have been able to click on a hyperlink in an email and it will work. I got an email today giving me a link to track an order I have placed and I got the following message.
I went back over older emails that I used to be able to open up the links in and now the same message appears. I have not changed any settings in Outlook at all. Any ideas?

Have you added new Anti Virus, updated or tweaked existing lately? I am thinking firewall,

No I have not added any new anti-virus but it updates itself daily so yes it has been updated.

Check you Internet Explorer. Make sure it has all its defaults.

Start > Default Pograms > Set Your Default Programs > click your Internet Explorer or your main browser > does it say : This program has all its defaults ?
If not, click Choose Defaults for this Program > put a checkmark on each entry on the list > Save.

P.S. Run a virus scan also.
