Outlook Anywhere security settings

Hi

We're using Outlook Anywhere with MS Outlook 2007, local installed on WIN7, to connect over public internet to the Exchange 2010.
How dangerous this connection is using these settings, even we need to know, if the password can be sniffed away?
We have these settings and we're using AD logine & passwords, to authenticate Outlook connection to the Exchange:
