Outlook Bulk Reply To Sent Emails...

Hi everyone, I have both Outlook 2007 and 2013 that are synced using IMAP.

I have sent hundreds of emails regarding a specific subject, which I've saved copies of in a dedicated folder within Outlook.

What I'd like to do is send a follow-up email to all of those people but want to know if there's a simple (free) way of doing that using a template I've already created.

I know how to bulk reply to received emails by creating a template and a rule but I haven't managed to find any instructions on how to do this for sent emails.

Any help would be appreciated.

The only way I can think of doing this would be to export the email addresses into an excel spreadsheet. Unfortunately that won't then allow me to put the original email underneath my follow-up email but I think this may be my only option without paying for a third party solution.
