Outlook.com Problem : Cant Delete new Personal Category i created.

Hi All.
I cannot delete two New Personal Categories that i have created and named Flagged in Outlook.com formerly Hotmail.
My OS is Win 7 Pro Sp1.
Browser is Google.
E-Mail is Outlook.com latest iteration formerly Hotmail.

I have tried MS Community and MS Support without any luck for a solution to this problem.

There were no problems with creating these Categories but Deleting them is another story.

As they did not serve my intent or purpose i then wanted to Delete them.

The procedure i took to try and delete them is as follows :
I went to Settings and selected Options > Mail > Layout > Categories "BUT" the newly created Categories named Flagged no longer remained listed under Personal Categories which prevents me from selecting them from the list and selecting the Trash Can Symbol to delete them from the list.

They DID NOT appear listed in the Manage Categories List or Personal Categories List.
They ONLY remain listed in the Navigation Pane and no where else ???

I also cannot interact with them on the Navigation Pane as all a right click does is bring up a applet with : Back / forward / Reload / save as / Print / Translate to English and so on " BUT " i cannot select a delete from there.

This has got me totally beat.

I can live with it but for looks and appearances i would like to remove them from the Navigation Pane.

New outlook sure sucks huh? I'm having problems removing and finding stuff in Outlook too. I don't think Microsoft likes the idea of us deleting stuff. I think they want to keep & store everything like Facebook. #NSA
