Outlook - Delete and next

Dumb question - I so not seem to be able to configure Outlook to delete the currently viewed message and move to the next message. I know where to find this setting in Outlook 2003 and found posts regarding this matter for Outlook 2007. But, for Outlook 2010, no luck. Please help.
