I must have hit a setting somewhere and can't switch it off.
When I write emails it appears on each line, I have gone into format and tools settings and can;t see how to disable it. When the email is sent the receiver does not see the 'p's but is frustrating when composing an email.
Please help.

Thanks Golden for the response. My fault in not being specific in it's the older version of office 2000 or 2003 I think. (It's my pc at work) not got it in front of me at the moment so will try next week when back.
