I used to able to copy text and web links from previous sent emails and paste that info into a new email. Now the web links (hyperlinks) will copy and paste but the hyperlinks don't work (there's no underline under the address). The text portion shows but the link doesn't work . I can individually make the link work via the hyperlink button, but that takes too long when I may have 30 or more web links in one email. What changed and how do I fix ?

Welcome to the Seven Forums.

What is the format of the new e-mail that you are pasting this info/links into? HTML?

What happens if you "pretend" to reply to that previously sent e-mail and copy the info/links while in the edit mode? (I'm not suggesting that you do this as a work around - I'm only asking what happens as part of diagnosing the problem.)

What version of Outlook are you using? 2007? 2010? .......

Welcome to Seven Forums . Good to see a member of the Guy family ;) As UsernameIssues suggested, this can be a formatting issue. Either of the email being copied from, or the destination email. See if the formatting options suggested on this link help you.
