Unless you manage to get Windows Mail into Windows 7 (there is a tutorial that explains the process but it is a flaky one at best) than all you will be getting is either Windows Live Mail or Outlook from the Microsoft Office Suite

Outlook Express not available in Win 7.
Do a search (Outlook Express) and you can read others frustrations. Some have found a way to import contacts but it takes time.
