Here's an annoying little problem - I have defined a couple of rules to play particular sounds when emails come in from certain people in my address book. These rules work fine if I click Run Rules Now; there are the requisite whistles squeaks and pops. But when a message comes in - nothing. There seem to be plenty of people complaining about this, from Outlook 2003 to 2007 (which I'm using), and references to a 'bad' update. Anyone got any ideas about this?
