Solved Outlook Mail - Windows

I know there are other Outlook mail threads.

This is my personal thread.

Windows 8:


I have had enough with Outlook , my contacts are no where to be seen , since the

last Microsoft update, I for years, have purchased extra storage for my old hotmail acct. , ( merged with Outlook mail)

I had, had enough, last night, I used the old phone number for my extra storage, (credit card to pay ) Microsoft extra storage.


I called , got Tech Support , last night that was the wrong dept., they sent me to

Microsoft -Outlook mail. the guy helping me had me to check quite a few things for him,

then said" let's open Chrome browser, let's try something there," which we did , opened Outlook,clicked on People tab, ALL of my contacts were there , mail was there, calender was quite slow opened ,no appointments or dates saved, Skydrive opened, all ok.

This morning back to Chrome browser , all 4 tabs are working perfectly, Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Skydrive.


Received an e-mail from Microsoft this morning , page , link to keep up with the repair /update to FIX these problems with Outlook Mail - Windows 8

I hope this will work for others with such or similar issues with Outlook Mail.
