Outlook not working

Hello group, my outlook link is not working on my PC...I already tried it in 2 different browsers and it still does not work....Is the server under maintenance or down?

Please do let me know if you have any solutions.

It is not an application, i am talking about the Outlook site link on the browser...
The Microsoft site does not work either

I used this link and used command prompt...changed DNS server address etc. It works now...

But now hpsmart.com does not work....

I put the DNS to automatic and things seem to be working now.....
hpsmart.com does not work...the page does not load

Have you tried to ping www.hpsmart.com?

Open CMD as administrator
type in bold text at CMD >

That was successful. Ping times are OK!

Are you still having access problems for HP SMART?
