Outlook Problem

hello,

I work with MS Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2007.
My problem is when i try to return mail to user, i get the following error:

"Not enough memory or system resources. Closed several windows or programs and try again"

Mybe someone know this following message

Try this article and let me know if you find a solution there: OL2000: Error Message "Out of memory. Close some windows or programs and try again."

thaks for the replay but it's good for Outlook 2003 (i read about it and its only talking about office2000(XP),
i work with XP woekspace.
