When I started using this notebook I was undecided who the user would be so I used the Admin account. I experimented with alternative software and then I decided I would have two users, KCAV and MLMH, and they would both use Outlook. Somehow MLMH's .pst ended up in User/Admin. I can't delete it because its the Default. What should I do to get outlook back to a prestine state?

Kcav, have you searched for the .ost file? What version of Outlook are you using?
Also, you might go into editing the accounts and switch the account that you want to the default account
from the admin one. I am assuming (most likely wrong) that you are using outlook 2007 or 2010.
You have to go to folder options and make sure that hidden and system files are visable. as well as uncheck that
weird setting to not show file extensions of known file types.
