Overclocking GPU - PNY Nvidia 9500GT 512MB

Hello, everyone, i had a question in mind for a very long time, and i tried to search many websites, but failed to find the answer. I need settings for over-clocking my GPU, i have every tool i need to over-clock the GPU. However i do not know the perfect settings which it would be able to take. So my question is' What are the settings for my graphics card to be at optimum.

Current Settings are the following:

Core Clock: 550
Shader Clock: 1350
Memory Clock: 550
Fan Speed: 50


I'm thinking to set the settings to:
Core Clock: 730
Shader Clock: 1790
Memory Clock: 590
Fan: 50 (Normal)
