Overclocking my phenomII 840

Hey guys i was curious as to what i should be changing in the bios and how im new to the overclocking scene and i dont realy care about my curent cpu too much as ill be getting a new one in the neer feautre so now is the time to try out over clocking any advice would be great -silver
