Overlord problem

Overlord installed on OS hard drive, all the latest drivers and upgrades done, windows 7 build 7048. Tryied under all compatibility modes, but got no results.
Any ideas?

Had the same problem and found this:

It fixed it for me hope this helps with your problem.
(and yes I even have ATI cards and it fixed my problem.)
