Suddenly when I click on a webpage it will not open full size. I can stretch it to fit or hit the full size icon upper right, but I have to do this constantly on every single website. What is wrong?

Why isn't IE remembering these settings?

Using the Full screen box on usually the upper right is not a great way to use full screen/ The F11 key is more reliable "ie" better for screen position preferences anyway,
Usually if the screen will not allow to be stretched out/ It would point to a Video card driver issue or needs to be updated or simple basic cleaning/ maintenance/ computers are pretty good mini vacuum cleaners which need to be blown out about every month,
Make sure you only have One window open drag the top of the window to the top/ left corner of you monitor and Diagonally drag the bottom/ right corner to fill the space or using Windows snap to the left wall of you screen...
Whether is a New window issue or a New Tab issue the process needs to be repeated in the same way then closed a test.

Go to the manufactures website and Help-support section to verify your Video card driver is up to date.
P.S.
It would help if you attempted to complete system spec's about your machine.
