Does Panda Free Antivirus ever receive product software updates like Avast and AVG?

Ex: Avast just got upgraded to Avast Free 2015. AVG did as well.

It should get some sort of updates. But the best way to find out is probably to go to their site and take a look and see if there is any info on that.

Someone asked a similar question on the Panda Free Edition Forum, and this is the reply.

Panda Free Antivirus is daily updated and, when a new version is released, once we certify the upgrade it will be upgraded to the new version, when this happens, you should see a popup indicating that it has been upgraded and that you need to reboot.

I don't see any way to manually check for program updates in the Panda UI.
It seems they don't notify a program update is available, it gets updated automatically.
