Parallels Install

On my mac, with parallels, I used an express install and after my windows 7 install showed the standard desktop I went to eject the install disk from the machine using the eject button in "my computer" and it asked me to please reinstall the disk, and I dont know why? could I have screwed anything up?

I guess, essentially my question is, after I see the desktop, has windows 7 completely installed?
